Construction Foremen Trainers Training Course

The JCOSHA headquarters develop unique and characteristic trainings that meet the demands of the industry, to be implemented mainly at the Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training Center. Inviting university professors, lawyers, and professionals from various fields as lecturers, the center runs training courses to train prospective leaders and lecturers in courses such as the "Tunnel Accident Rescue Supervisor's Course", the "Construction Engineer's Safety and Health Management Course", and the "Construction Industry Safety and Health Management Course".

Training by the JCOSHA Branches

Major training courses
  1. Skill training for operation chiefs (scaffolding, formwork, etc.)
  2. Skill training (vehicular construction machineries, aerial platforms, etc.)
  3. Special training (roller, winch, etc.)
  4. Training for foremen/safety and health controllers
  5. Overall management training for managers at construction sites
  6. Training for the Safety and Health supervisors of subcontractors
  7. Human Resource Development Training for safety supervisors and operation chiefs Every year, the JCOSHA hosts a national convention for people engaged in safety and health activities in the construction industry. At the convention, people who have shown distinguished achievement are awarded, "a vow for safety" is adopted, and presentations and lectures are given. By getting together, the participants will be able to confirm the significance of safety and health, to promote awareness on safety and health, and to disseminate the concept of safety and health.
